  1. I am abused of this program Ads by OffersWizard. The problem is that I cannot find it in my Control panel, Remove programs. What should I do? Is scanning and deleting with GridinSoft Trojan Killer enough?

  3. i used the scan of this program and it found multiple viruses hidden in duplicated files yet when i try to delete these files it comes up that the file is in use somewhere else. help!
