This fake Microsoft Security Essentials Alert then prompts you into clicking “Clean computer” button, which automatically downloads Windows Prime Shield virus into your system.

Windows Prime Shield blocks your computer completely, without letting you use it freely. This blockage includes inability to run legitimate programs which are executables, Task Manager, cmd.exe and taskkill.exe commands. Obviously, the access to your browsers and security software installed on your PC will also be blocked by the hoax.
